Oberoi Central Employment Register for a career as operation assistant

If you are between 19 and 25 years of age and have successfully completed, or are completing, a university or college degree in any subject including hotel management, then join us as an Operations Assistant in any of our hotels in India through OCER.

OCER is a database of all candidates who are offered a job as an Operations Assistant in The Oberoi Group. OCER recruitment is done on an annual basis through campus visits to Hotel Management colleges, other graduate colleges and Open access days at our hotels.

On being selected through the OCER recruitment process, you will join The Oberoi Group as an operations assistant in one of the four operational departments:

• Food and Beverage (F & B) service operations
• Front office operations
• Housekeeping operations
• Kitchen operations

If you are one of the four operating departments of our hotels - Food and Beverage Service, Front Office, Housekeeping and Kitchen. These employment opportunities are available in all our hotels.

Once you join us as an Operations Assistant, you have various opportunities to grow in the company.

You may apply as an internal candidate to the 2 year management training programme at The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD) at any point of time in your career till the age of 25 and become a future Executive in the company.

You may also grow and develop as a Supervisor and eventually an Executive in the company.

The recruitment process for the Oberoi Central Employment Register is ongoing. To currently apply just click on the 'Other Positions' link on top and fill in the details to let recruiters contact you. Campus recruitment is however scheduled between September to December each year.

Recruitment is done through campus visits to Hotel Management colleges, other graduate colleges and Open Access Days at our hotels.

College students can contact their placement office for information of when The Oberoi Group is visiting their campus. Students of colleges not being visited by The Oberoi Group and other Applicants can apply on an Open Access Day.

The dates and locations of this year's Open Access Days will be available here in September.
